This is Phase Two where we are inviting the suppliers that qualified under Stage One to provide a financial bid on the project based on the specifications and drawings. Public Services and Procurement Canada (PSPC), has a new requirement, the work involves dredging at Little River, Victoria County Small Craft Harbour (SCH), Nova Scotia, and disposal of dredged material at a designated dredge material management site in Birch Plain, NS. Dredging within the entrance channel and basin to 2.0 meters below chart datum. It also comprises the excavation, testing and construction of a containment cell complete with low permeability liner, access road and construction of surface water control features. Insitu material is to be transported directly from insitu, to scows, to trucks. No bottom stockpiling, dragging or side casting material during dredging will be allowed. The project is scheduled to be completed by February 15th, 2024.
