ITT - Small Dump Truck with Plow & Salter Attachments

The City of St. Catharines is soliciting tenders for the supply and delivery of seven small dump trucks, specifically two units with V-Plow and Salter attachments and three units with Capture Plow and Salter attachments, along with additional single cab units with 8FT x 11FT boxes. All vehicles and parts must be new, never used, and of the latest manufacture. Deliverables are to be delivered F.O.B. to the Lake Street Service Centre in St. Catharines. The contract remains in effect until all deliverables are completed, with the delivery deadline determined by the successful bidder's submission. The award will be granted to the compliant bidder offering the lowest pricing, following a multi-stage evaluation process that assesses mandatory submission requirements and technical compliance. The City may also consider past performance and financial analysis, and reserves the right to reject abnormally low or unbalanced pricing. In the event of a tie, a coin toss will determine the winner. Successful bidders must provide a manufacturer's standard warranty and maintain comprehensive insurance, including Automobile Insurance (OAP1) with limits of at least 2,000,000 dollars. Additional requirements include providing a valid WSIB Clearance Certificate, a completed Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act compliance declaration, and adherence to all applicable workplace safety laws.
