ITT - Supply and Deliver Small Dump Trucks

The City of St. Catharines is seeking tenders for the supply and delivery of two new, latest-manufacture small dump trucks to be delivered to the Lake Street Service Centre. The procurement process, identified as solicitation 26-26, requires bidders to submit electronic proposals in PDF format via the city's bidding portal by October 7, 2026. The vehicles must be delivered complete with annual inspections and license plates valid until March. Specific aesthetic and technical requirements include sandblasting and painting the dump body, bed body, headboard, and racks in City of St. Catharines Blue using a two-part epoxy primer and polyurethane topcoat. Selected bidders must provide a valid WSIB clearance certificate, an AODA compliance declaration, and proof of insurance, including at least 5 million dollars in Commercial General Liability and 2 million dollars in Automobile Insurance. All deliverables must be F.O.B. delivered, and the agreement remains in effect until the completion of the deliverables.
