This announcement constitutes a Sources Sought Notice. It is neither a request for quote (RFQ) nor a request for proposal (RFP). Responses are voluntary and the Government will not pay for any cost incurred in responding. This announcement is for market research and planning purposes only. The result will contribute to determining the method of procurement. The requirement may be set-aside for small businesses (in full or in part) or procured through full and open competition. All small business set-aside categories will be considered. The anticipated NAICS Code is 334614, with a small business size standard of 1250 employees. Telephone inquiries will not be accepted or acknowledged. No feedback or evaluations will be provided to companies regarding submissions. The Defense Logistics Agency, DLA Maritime Norfolk, seeks to procure, on a brand name or equal basis, the Ivanti Endpoint Manager software, support services, and training. Contract will be awarded as a Firm Fixed Price with delivery of FOB Destination to the Norfolk Naval Shipyard, Portsmouth, VA. This acquisition will be Brand Name or Equal; line items for procurement are as follows: 01) Endpoint Manager, Qty 4000 Licenses (See Attachment 1 salient characteristics) 02) Endpoint Manager Services, Qty 1 Lot (See Attachments 2A and 2B salient characteristics) 03) Endpoint Manager Training, Qty 2 Lots (See Attachment 3 salient characteristics) Vendors that elect to respond to this sources sought notice should provide the following information at a minimum: 1. Company name and summary of core competencies. Include the relevant company point(s) of contact (name, title, telephone number, and email address). 2. Company CAGE Code and DUNS number to verify your business status. 3. Small business size status, e.g., small, 8(a), WOSB, EDWOSB, SDVOSB, etc. 4. Any Federal contract vehicle(s), such as GSA Schedules or DOD ESI contracts, that your company holds which could be used to procure these items. Provide: contract #, agency office name that issued your contract, applicable SIN codes, and contract period of performance 5. Which line items your company would be able to supply/provide. 6.
