Alteration to existing Men and Women Locker Rooms:The work includes, but is not limited to, all the fees, services, temporary measures, labor and materials for the fully functional alteration/construction of the IVC PE100 Building Men and Women Locker Rooms Alterations. The alteration to the existing Men and Women Locker Rooms will create a new Film Room, Basketball Team Room, Soccer Team Room and Staff/Officials Locker Room along with other associative alterations and replacement finishes, created by the demolition and removal/relocation of existing conditions and lockers, the addition of new non-bearing metal-framed partitions with gypsum board/paint finishes, new doors, frames and finish hardware; new OFCI lockers and relocated existing lockers on new 6-inch height metal bases; new accessible changing benches; OFOI installation of power and data outlets for new wall-mounted brackets and TV monitors and computer station connections; and new flooring in the Film Room and Team Rooms. Note that there are no changes to the existing ceiling, lighting, HVAC, utilities and fire sprinkler system.
