J--Air Compressor Maintenance and Repair IDIQ at Hoover Dam

The Bureau of Reclamation is conducting a sources sought notice under solicitation 140RR027R0015 to identify potential vendors for an IDIQ contract providing maintenance and repair services for three Sullair TS-32 air compressors at Hoover Dam, located in Nevada and Arizona. The scope of work includes routine and preventive maintenance, emergency diagnostics, on-site technical support, and the procurement of new OEM spare or replacement parts. The anticipated period of performance consists of one base year with four one-year options. To qualify, vendors must be an OEM parts authorized distributor and service center with a history of providing Sullair air compressor field service over the last two years. All work must be performed according to OEM guidelines, and personnel must possess at least two years of experience servicing Sullair screw compressors. Interested respondents must be registered in the System for Award Management under NAICS code 811310 and provide a capabilities package, including their business size, UEI, and a list of similar projects completed within the last five years, to Contract Specialist Max Watanga by November 17, 2026.
