J -- Exercise of Option IV, Lot V, Contract N00600-98-C-2642

The original contract, awarded on October 1, 1998 on a sole-source basis, involves providing on-call maintenance services for the Oldelft Simulix Radiotherapy simulator located in the Radiology Department at the National Naval Medical Center in Bethesda, Maryland. This contract modification will exercise Option IV, Lot V, thereby extending the term of the contract from October 1, 2002 through September 31, 2003 in accordance with FAR 52.217-9, which permits extending the contract duration.
