J -- Generator Maintenance

The Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) is soliciting expert services for on-site preventive maintenance checks, including load bank testing, on various generators located at three Territory Logistics Centers in Fort Worth, Texas; Forrest Park, Georgia; and Moffett Field, California. Each generator requires an initial inspection, and the contractor must have detailed knowledge and demonstrated experience with different generator types to perform the required services as outlined in the Statement of Work. This procurement is a total small business set-aside under NAICS code 811310, with a small business size standard of $5 million. Separate firm-fixed price contracts will be awarded for each specific location, with a base performance period of 12 months plus two option years contingent on the availability of funding.
