Full Description

NA U.S Army Space Command (USARSPACE) intends to solicit, negotiate and award a follow-on Sole Source Time and Materials contract to Northrop Grumman Space Systems Division, 1100 West Hollyvale Street, Azuza, CA 91720, under the authority of FAR 6.302-1(a)(2) (iii). This contract requires on-call, on-site, training, engineering and technical, operational support to JTAGS Training/Exercise System Operational Support equipment. This includes maintainance of hardware/software, scenario development and exercise s upport, engineering and integration for the JTAGS equipment. Due to the age and uniqueness of the system this effort is being accomplished in unison with the Joint Tactical Ground Station (JTAGS) objective systems awarded under contract DASG62-94C-0073 to Northrop Grumman. The replacement system is scheduled to be in place in 2005. This notice is not a request for competitive proposals. See Numbered Note 22. The NAICS Code is 541330 and the small business size standard is $23 million. The contract bas e period will be from 1 Oct 02 through 30 Sep 03 with four one-year options.
