This contract involves the maintenance, repair, and rebuilding of equipment under an existing Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) for the Department of Defense’s Naval Supply Systems Command Weapon Systems Support. The primary scope of work focuses on the repair and restoration of various units associated with the Command and Control System, with the restored items either returned to supply system stock or issued directly for Fleet use. A significant portion of the repair work centers on the Portable Ship Control Unit, identified by NSN 7HH 6605-00-001-4321 and part number IC29A40. The government does not possess the necessary drawings to facilitate competitive repair services for the listed equipment, as these proprietary drawings and associated data are controlled by the LL Rowe Company. Therefore, repairs are conducted under this BOA with access restricted to LL Rowe’s proprietary information. For subcontracting opportunities or additional information, interested parties are directed to contact LL Rowe at their Woburn, Massachusetts address. This yearly notice acts as a record of the ongoing repair efforts under the existing agreement, supporting continuous equipment readiness for Naval operations.
