Full Description

INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE The U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office 6, intends to enter into a sole source procurement with Nxstage Medical, Inc. 439 S Union Street, Lawrence, MA 01843 for the procurement of a Maintenance Service agreement. The service agreement is for the Nxstage Dialysis equipment located in the ICU at the VA Medical Center in Durham, North Carolina. Nxstage is the original equipment manufacturer (OEM) of the Dialysis machines. NAICS code 811310 applies to this procurement. The proposed contract action is for a base + 2 option year maintenance service agreement for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302. This notice of Intent is not a request for quotations. Interested persons may identify their interest in this requirement no later than 10:00 AM EST, May 2, 2016 to: contact@example.gov. Telephone inquiries will not be accepted. All information shall be furnished at no cost or obligation to the Government. No solicitation will be made available. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
