Contractor shall furnish all supervision, labor, travel, equipment, parts, and supplies to furnish preventative maintenance services, and corrective call back services for the Carl Zeiss Meditec (CZM) 750I Field Analyzer, S/N: 750I-13944, the Cirrus 4000 OCT, S/N: 4000-6996, the YAG II Laser, S/N: 810211, and the IOL Master, S/N: 964205. These devices are located at the Boise VA Medical Center (BVAMC) Eye Clinic, Building 6.
