This notice is a Request for Information (RFI) issued by the Department of Defense’s Mid-Tier Networking Vehicular Radio (MNVR) Project Office seeking industry feedback on contracted non-warranty repair services and logistics support for the MNVR system. The RFI is solely for information and planning purposes and does not constitute a solicitation or a request for proposals or quotations. Responses are voluntary, non-binding, and will not be reimbursed. The Government invites interested parties to provide input on the Statement of Objectives (SOO) and complete a detailed questionnaire addressing company contact information, product and service capabilities, management structure, experience with Multiple Award Contracts (MACs), joint venture or teaming arrangements, and current service contracts. The responses will help shape any potential future solicitation but do not guarantee one will be issued. Respondents are asked to submit their feedback electronically by a specified deadline, ensuring proprietary information is clearly marked. The questionnaire probes into the company’s ability to meet MNVR requirements, small business status under NAICS code 811211, financial capacity, relevant contract experience, and the provision of similar services to other government or commercial customers. Questions about the RFI are to be submitted in writing within a given timeframe and will be answered if possible, with communications potentially shared among all responders unless marked proprietary. The Government expressly does not accept telephone inquiries and emphasizes that no contractual or payment commitments arise from this RFI.
