The Army Contracting Command - Rock Island intends to award a sole source purchase order to RACOM, 201 W. State Street, Marshalltown, IA 50158-5841 for access to the RACOM trunked radio network using RACOM portable, mobile, and base radios. This effort is for the Period of Performance of 01 September, 2011 through 31 August, 2012. This action is awarded in support of Rock Island Arsenal Garrison Emergency Services. This action will be awarded under FAR 12 - Commercial Acquisition Programs and under the authority of FAR 13.106-1 (b) Only One Source Reasonably Available. This synopsis is being published for subcontracting purposes only. No solicitation is being issued. Offers from concerns other than the above are not solicited.
