This effort is for the Period of Performance of 01 September, 2012 through 31 August, 2013. This action is awarded in support of Rock Island Arsenal Garrison Emergency Services. This action will be awarded under FAR 12 - Commercial Acquisition Programs and under the authority of FAR 6.302-1(a)(2) Only One Responsible Source Available. This synopsis is being published for subcontracting purposes only. No solicitation is being issued. Offers from concern other than the above are not solicited. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals.
