J--Notice of Intent to Award Sole Source

The contract is managed by the Army Contracting Command-Warren, located at Detroit Arsenal, Michigan, with Anthony Giacchina and Timothy A. Nichols serving as the primary points of contact for specialist and contracting officer roles, respectively.
