Full Description

This acquisition will be negotiated on a sole source basis with JOHNSON CONTROLS BUILDING AUTOMATION SYSTEMS LLC per FAR 6.302-1 utilizing FAR Parts 12 and 13, Commercial and Simplified Acquisition Procedure. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals prior to the offer due date, which will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. A determination not to compete this action based upon responses received to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Award of firm-fixed price service type contract is anticipated. The period of performance is 22 AUG 2017 - 16 SEP 2017. It is anticipated that the solicitation will be posted to the NECO website on or about 26 JUN 2017 with quotes due on or about 06 JUL 2017. Prospective offerors are responsible for downloading their own copy of the solicitation from the NECO website and for frequently monitoring the site for any amendments. The Government is not responsible for any inability of the offeror to access the posted documents. No telephone or fax requests will be accepted, and no hard-copy solicitation/amendment will be mailed or faxed. Electronic submission of quotes via NECO is not available at this time. Facsimile proposals/quotes will not be accepted.
