The delivery terms are FOB origin, and the items are to be issued to L-3 Communications Corporation located in San Diego, California. The solicitation, identified as N0010415PDA39 and classified as a presolicitation, was posted on October 28, 2014, by the Naval Supply Systems Command Weapon Systems Support office based in Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania.
