The Ann Arbor VA Medical Center, 2215 Fuller Rd, Ann Arbor, MI, 48105 intends to solicit from only one source, Stevens-Moon Sales Professional LLC, to establish a contract for relocation of a Video Integration System within the Ann Arbor VA Medical Center. The basis for this proposed sole source procurement is that the proposed vendor, Stevens-Moon Sales Professional LLC, is the manufacturer authorized installer responsible for successfully installing this Video Integration System in the Ann Arbor VA Medical Center and as such is uniquely qualified to take the system apart, temporarily relocate it within the hospital and then return it to its original location while assuring full functionality. This is not a request for quotes however; all responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency.
