The turbines are becoming hazardous to personnel to operate due to the wear and tear of operation past the recommended hours. Along with the engine changeout, the contractor will accomplish several upgrades including the air intake ducting, Software, Hardware, and redirect the enclosure exhaust to outside the turbine yard. This overhaul and included upgrades will extend the life of our COGEN system and greatly enhance our electrical load handling capabilities. Location: Dallas VAMC, 4500 S Lancaster Rd, Dallas, TX 75216 Period of Performance: Within 30 Days After Award ***See attached Statement of Work- Draft*** NCO 17 is seeking sources that have the capability of providing these services.
