This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested, and a written solicitation document will not be issued.    This solicitation is a request for quotations (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2026-01 / 03/13/2026.    The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 562991, with a small business size standard of $9 Million Dollars.    The Network Contracting Office 7 is seeking Hydro-Jetting with a Camera Services for the San Diego VA Medical Center located in San Diego, California.   All questions regarding this RFQ must be in writing and may be sent by e mail to Charity.Cazee@va.gov. Questions must be received no later than June 17, 2026, at 12AM PST (MST). No further questions will be accepted after that date and time.    All offers must be in writing and may be sent by e mail to Charity.Cazee@va.gov. All questions and concerns regarding this RFQ shall be directed to the Contracting Officer.    SCHEDULE: VA San Diego Healthcare System (VASDHS) currently has a requirement for Sewer Line Hydro Jetting and Cabling Services of sewer and waste lines at the VA San Diego Medical Center. In addition, 24-7 on call at VA SD Medical Center and CBOCs, (Community Based Outpatient Clinics).
