This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested, and a written solicitation document will not be issued.  This solicitation is a request for quotations (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2026-01 / 03/13/2026.  The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 562991, with a small business size standard of $9 Million Dollars.  The Network Contracting Office 7 is seeking Hydro-Jetting with a Camera Services for the San Diego VA Medical Center located in San Diego, California.  All questions regarding this RFQ must be in writing and may be sent by e mail to Charity.Cazee@va.gov. Questions must be received no later than June 17, 2026, at 12AM PST (MST).
