The Department of Veterans Affairs, VISN 20, Roseburg VA Medical Center (BVAMC), located at Building 88, Roseburg VA Health Care Center 913 NW Garden Valley Blvd, Roseburg Oregon 97471., in accordance FAR 13.106-1(b)(1) (single source), intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with, Peterson Power Systems, Inc., an exclusive authorized dealer and maintenance provider of Caterpillar brand products in the territory. The NAICS Code is 811310 and the size standard is $7.5 million. This notice of intent is not a solicitation or request for offers. No solicitation package is available. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement. A determination not to compete is solely within the discretion of the Government. Any response to this notice must show clear and convincing evidence that the responding company can provide credentialing of authority to maintain and repair Caterpillar brand equipment at the Roseburg VAMC.
