NOTICE OF INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE
The Department Of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office 15 intends to award a sole source contract under the authority of 41 U.S.C 253(c) (1) FAR 6.302-1 Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements, to JOHN FABICK TRACTOR CO located at 1 Fabrick Drive, Fenton MO 63026-2928. JOHN FABICK TRACTOR CO will a new One-Time Radiator Repair & Generator Rental Service for the Marion VA Medical Center which meets the minimum technical specifications as stated in the Scope of Work (SOW). This will be a firm-fixed price contract.
The place of performance is for the Marion VA Medical Center. The Marion VA Medical Center located at 2401 West Main Street, Marion IL 62959-1188.
