This is a total set-aside for certified Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSBs). The scope of work requires the contractor to provide all labor, tools, equipment, and materials, including lubricants, coolants, filters, and gaskets. All work must meet or exceed NFPA 110 standards and comply with the facility's Vendor Control for Equipment Maintenance memorandum. The contract structure consists of a one-year base period with four subsequent twelve-month option years. Award will be granted to a responsible SDVOSB offeror based on the most advantageous offer, considering the lowest price, demonstrated technical capability, and a satisfactory past performance record with at least one relevant reference. Technical proposals must provide a detailed demonstration of understanding the Statement of Work rather than simply paraphrasing the requirements. Payments will be made semi-annually in arrears via Electronic Funds Transfer.
