The contract has a base performance period of twelve months, running from December 1, 2025, through November 30, 2026, with four additional twelve-month option periods available at the government’s discretion, governed by FAR clauses 52.217-8 and 52.217-9. The contract falls under PSC code J065 and NAICS code 811210, encompassing specialized laboratory and diagnostic maintenance services intended to ensure uninterrupted functioning of critical medical equipment within the surgical area. The contract award is anticipated to be approximately $35,872.95 for the base year, though pricing for the option periods remains unspecified. While specific performance metrics, packaging, inspection locations, and invoicing procedures are not detailed, the contract emphasizes ongoing maintenance, operational support, and ensuring full system functionality. The contracting office, located in Leavenworth, Kansas, handles administrative oversight with Paul Dixon serving as the primary contact. Interested parties were invited to submit capabilities statements prior to award, but no competitive bidding was pursued given the sole-source nature, and no socio-economic set-asides or additional certifications are indicated.
