NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD SOLE SOURCE: Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) Network Contracting Office 2 (NCO 2) intends to award a sole source contract award to Bayer Healthcare LLC, 1 Bayer Drive, Indianola, PA 15051 for the preventative maintenance of the Bayer Medrad Provis Injector located at the Buffalo VA Medical Center (3495 Bailey Avenue, Buffalo, NY 14215). This service agreement shall include preventative maintenance, device calibrations, inspections, safety testing, software/hardware updates, on-site support, and technical support. NAICS Code is 811210 Electronic and Precision Equipment Repair and Maintenance with a Small Business Size Standard of $34 million.
