The Department of Veterans Affairs, VHA, Network Contracting Office (NCO) 21 intends to negotiate/award a sole-source contract to Care Fusion Solutions. The Firm Fixed an award contract for a one-year base period with 2 one-year option periods. The statutory authority for this non-competitive acquisition is FAR 13.106- 1(b)(1)(i) as implemented by FAR 6.302-1. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 811210, with a small business size standard of 34 million, and the FSC/PSC is J065.
