Notice of Intent to Sole Source Requirement The Department of Veterans Affairs, VA Healthcare System, Network 10 Contracting Office intends to negotiate a sole source contract for CoverCare Warranty Services under Simplified Acquisition Procedures and the authority of FAR Part 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source for the following services listed below. The associated NAICS code for this is 811210. The vendor will be Innovative Product Achievements, LLC.. This will be a Base plus four option-year contract. Description of services: Think IPA CoverCare Comprehensive Maintenance and Support Services for THINK IPA systems and data. This will include training and Ongoing Technical Support. Continued maintenance and repair support and operational support are required to maintain operational effectiveness and access to enhanced functionality to support unexplained linen loss, quality assurance, infection prevention, validation, auditing, reporting, and operational performance management activities of hospital scrubs and other hospital linen items. The coverage area will be the John D. Dingell VA Medical Center, located at 4646 John R Street, Michigan 48201. It is the Government's belief that only the proposed candidate possesses the required capabilities to successfully meet this requirement.
