JUBILEE ACADEMIC CENTER is seeking a qualified vendor to provide a comprehensive Software-Defined Wide Area Network (SD-WAN) solution. This project aims to transition from a centralized hub-and-spoke model to a decentralized, resilient architecture which includes Direct Internet Access (DIA). Please see the attached RFP for further details and requirements. Bids must include pricing tier options for 12-, 36-, and 60-month contract term lengths. Any proposal and subsequent agreement must allow in-contract upgrades throughout the term of service within the options specified in vendors bid. Additionally, vendor must include two voluntary contract extensions of 12 months each in any resulting contract.
IMPORTANT NOTE ** Bidders MUST include a detailed quote for any/all surcharges, one-time installation charges, equipment rental charges, and DMARC extension charges based on site review. If bid is selected, Jubilee Academies will not be held responsible for charges not expressly included in bid documents, or in resulting contracts. Bids are due February 27, 2026.
