Solicitation # 030ADV27Q0034
The Library of Congress is soliciting proposals for an Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract to provide comprehensive laundry and linen services for its Events Office in Washington, D.C. The contractor will be responsible for the off-site laundering, cleaning, pickup, and delivery of Government-owned items, including uniforms and event textiles such as table skirts and felt pads. Key performance requirements include a three-business-day turnaround for expedited requests and a weekly pickup and delivery schedule every Thursday between 8:00 AM and 3:00 PM. All items must be returned in an event-ready condition, adhering to Joint Commission sanitary standards and industry practices. The contract has a minimum value of 500 dollars and a maximum of 175,000 dollars, with a structure consisting of a base period and multiple option periods extending through 2032. The price proposal must include both the IDIQ Price Schedule and a Sample Task Order Price Schedule.
