This notice is posted in accordance with FAR 5.204 (Presolicitation Notices) and 36.3 (Two-Phase Design-Build Selection Procedures) The opportunity will be released as a competitive set aside for Woman Owned Small Businesses (WOSB), HUBzone certified small businesses, and Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSB). The NAICS code is 236220. The GSA-PBS-Region 9, Acquisition Management Division intends to issue a Request for Proposal for design-build construction services for the James Corman Federal Building.
