Full Description

General Services Administration (GSA), Northwest Arctic Region, intends to establish a Firm Fixed Price, Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) type contract for Jan-Mech Services at the Richard B. Anderson Federal Building located in Port Angeles, Washington. The Richard B. Anderson Federal Building has 3 floors with 22,569 square feet of rentable space. The period of performance is for a base period of one (1) year with four one-year option periods. The contractor shall provide all management, supervision, labor, materials, supplies, and equipment, and shall plan, schedule, coordinate, and assure effective performance of Jan-Mech Services. The new GSA National Performance Work Statement will be used for this performance-based procurement. The anticipated award date is February 3, 2015 with a 60 day transition. The contract start date will be April 1, 2015. NOTE: The JANITORIAL portion of the requirement is on the AbilityOne Procurement List and is exclusive to Source America Non-Profit Agencies. In the event that Ability One issues a purchase exemption to the janitorial portion of the requirement, the GSA will solicit the requirement as a Jan-Mech Service. If the AbilityOne NPA decides to maintain the janitorial portion of the requirement, the solicitation posted on December 15, 2014 will be ONLY the O&M portion of the requirement. This acquisition will be issued IAW FAR Part 12 Acquisition of Commercial Items and FAR Part 15 Contracting by Negotiation. The acquisition will be conducted under a 100% Small Business Set-Aside. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) Code is 238220 with a Small Business Set-Aside size standard of $16.5 million. The solicitation will be available on or about December 15, 2014. All offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management database (www.sam.gov) prior to award. Offerors not already registered in SAM database are highly encouraged to register via Internet at http://www.sam.gov.
