The General Services Administration (GSA) seeks a Provider/Offeror to: Provide - Janitorial & Related Services at the Gerald W. Heaney Federal Building & U.S. Courthouse, 515 W. First St., Duluth, MN 55802. This project includes, but is not limited to, providing performance based janitorial and related services to ensure the management, supervision, manpower, equipment, and supplies necessary to provide such prompt services, which also includes the responsibility of providing customer service, custodial cleaning, quality control, and other additional services as outlined in the solicitation. The Contractor shall be responsible for performing all work under this contract in accordance with all Federal, State, County, City laws and codes, and follow the more stringent of them. In addition to compliance with these laws, the Contractor shall follow all applicable standard industry practices including, but not limited to: Occupational Safety and Health Act (OSHA).
