The Embassy of the United States of America in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia will launch the solicitation on the Beta SAM (GPE) website when it is available. The anticipated performance period is for one base year, with four one - year option periods, if exercised by the Government. All responsible sources may submit a quotation for consideration. The Government intends to award a contract based on the lowest-priced technically acceptable offer by a responsible contractor. The Government may award the contract based on the initial offer without discussion. The Government will hold a pre-quotation conference. The date for this conference will be announced in the solicitation. All contractors must be registered in the SAM (System for Award Management) database at http://www.sam.gov prior to contract award pursuant to FAR provision 52.204.7. Therefore, prospective offerors are encouraged to register prior to submittal of quotations/proposals.
