This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in (FAR) subpart 12.6, as suplimented with additional information included in the notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicition; quotations are being requested, and a written solicitation document will not be issued. This solicitation is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ) and the documents, incorporated provision and clauses are thos in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-95, 1/13/17. This procurement is a total small-business set aside. The NAICS code is 561720, with a small business size standard of $18.0 million. The Wayne National Forest (WNF) announces an opportunity for janitorial service at the WNF Supervisor's Office/Athens Ranger District Office. The contractor shall furnish all labor, supervision, transportation, equipment and supplies (other than those provided by the government), necessary to complete the required janitorial services, in accordance with the attached Statement of Work. Service Contract Wage Determiniation No.: 2015-4771, Revision: 4, Dated: 7/25/17 apply and are attached to this solicitation. The Government intends to award a fixed price contract for a base and three option years. The start date is January 1, 2018. Vendors MUST be registered in System for Award Management (SAM) prior to recieving a government award. Go to: www.sam.gov to register. This is a free site.
