This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Quotations are being requested. Solicitation AG-51A8-S-15-0003 is being issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ), for providing janitorial services for the Shawnee National Forest, Hidden Springs Ranger District Administrative Site, 602 North 1st Street, Route 45N, Vienna, IL 62995-0037. The work will be performed in Johnson County, IL. The work involves standard janitorial services for the Hidden Springs Ranger District Administrative Office. This acquisition is set-aside for small businesses. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 561720 and the size standard is $18.0 mil. Contract is estimated to begin December 1, 2014. Basis For Award: Award will be made to the lowest responsive and responsible Quoter based on price, past performance, and technical evaluation factors. One Base contract with Four Option Years is anticipated. Contractors must offer on the Base and all Options to be considered. No pre-quote meeting is scheduled.
