The General Services Administration (GSA) seeks a Provider/Offeror to provide - Custodial and Related Services at the Eau Claire Federal Building & U.S. Courthouse, 500 Barstow Commons, Eau Claire, Wisconsin. This project includes, but is not limited to, providing performance based custodial and related services. The Contractor shall provide the management, supervision, manpower, equipment and supplies necessary to provide custodial and related services as described herein. Custodial services (Interior/Exterior) include: trash removal, recycling, window washing, integrated pest management, grounds maintenance and snow removal. Above standard services include, but are not limited to: carpet cleaning by extraction, strip and apply floor finish, stripping and sealing, window washing interior and exterior sides of the exterior windows, wash blinds and coverings, pressure washing and steam cleaning, scrub and rinse loading docks, platforms, trash rooms, garage ramps and driveways, tree thinning, planting Government furnished trees and plants, snow removal services for removing snow and ice, and snow removal services for removing snow and ice. The Contractor shall be responsible for performing all work under this contract in accordance with all Federal, State, County, City laws and codes, and follow the more stringent of them. In addition to compliance with these laws, the Contractor shall follow all applicable standard industry practices including, but not limited to: Occupational Safety and Health Act (OSHA).
