Full Description

This is a notice of Intent to award a Sole Source bridge purchase order to NMS Management, Inc., 155 West 35th Street, National City, CA 91950 to provide janitorial services. This award will be made under the authority of FAR 6.302-1 - Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirement. The purchase order award is expected on April 1, 2009. The anticipated NAICS Code for this requirement is 561720. The period of performance is 90 days (April 1, 2009 through June 30, 2009). The described janitorial services will continue as currently contracted (NMS Management, Inc.) to ensure continuity of services until such time that these services are procured competitively. Companies are encouraged to monitor FEDBIZOPPS and Fedbid announcement for any future requirement pertaining Janitorial Services. This Notice of Intent is not a request for competitive proposals; however all responsible sources may submit a capability statement by 4:30PM PST, 31 March 2009 which shall be considered. No formal solicitation package is available. The Government is not responsible for any costs incurred in responding this notice.
