Full Description
The U.S. Consulate General Guayaquil has a requirement for janitorial services for USG owned property in Guayaquil, Ecuador. The anticipated performance is for a base period of twelve months and four one-year periods at the option of the Government. All interested qualified sources may submit an offer for consideration. Please note this solicitation is not ready to be issued as of this date. The U.S. Consulate General Guayaquil will launch the solicitation on the SAM.gov website when it is available. Please see the RFP for the proposal due date and time.
The Government may award the contract based on the initial offer without discussion; however, the Government may hold discussions with offerors if it is in the best interest to the Government. The resultant contract will be a firm fixed price with economic price adjustment type contract. The Government is planning a site visit and the date for this conference will be in the solicitation. Notwithstanding FAR 4.203-1(b)(5), the Contracting Officer requires offerors to be registered in SAM (System for Award Management) https://www.sam.gov when submitting an offer. Therefore, qualified offerors are encouraged to register in SAM in advance of submitting a proposal.
