They must also check to make sure the building is locked at the end of their shift.All other information remains the same.********** Amendment #2 *****The closing date has been extended until April 10, 2026.All other information remains the same.********** Amendment #1 *****The following bidder question has been received:Q1: What is the approximate total square footage?A1: Approximately 75,000 square feet.All other information remains the same.*****SCOPEThis Invitation to Tender consists of janitorial services as per the attached specifications on behalf of the Department of Transportation and Infrastructure at Justice Building, 427 Queen Street, Fredericton, NB, for a period of two (2) years from May 1, 2026 until April 30, 2028 with the option to renew for two (2) additional one (1) year periods in one (1) year increments upon written agreement by both parties.OPTION YEAR PRICINGPricing shall be subject to negotiation of a satisfactory contract price not to exceed the tendered price plus any published increase in the New Brunswick Consumer Price Index.CONTRACT AWARD CRITERIAContract will be awarded to the lowest compliant bid which meets the requirements detailed within the attached Specifications of the tender documents. The Contract will be awarded based on the total contract price for a two (2) year period.SITE VISITA site visit is mandatory as per section 3.5 of the attached document.
