The American Embassy London acting on behalf of the US Consulate General Hamilton Bermuda, has a requirement for janitorial services for real property owned or managed by the U.S. Government in Hamilton, BermudaThe Contractor shall perform janitorial services in all designated spaces including, but not limited to halls, offices, restrooms, work areas, entrance ways, lobbies, storage areas and stairways.


Only companies specializing in this field and with a business registered in Bermuda should submit a quotation which will be considered.


The Government intends to award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the lowest priced technically acceptable offeror who is a responsible contractor. The Government may award the contract based on the initial offer without discussion. The resultant contract will be a firm fixed price type contract. The contract will be for a base year from the effective date of the contract award, plus four option years which will be exercisable at the sole discretion of the U.S. Government.


The Government is planning to hold a pre-quotation site visit.  Details will be found in the attached Statement of Work.


This opportunity allows for electronic responses. Offers are due before 1700 ADT on June 30, 2026. Please submit your offer prior to the response date and time; late submissions may not be considered.
