This is a competitive action restricted to sources duly authorized to operate and do business in JAPAN, in accordance with DFARS 252.225-7042, Authorization to Perform. Furthermore, this acquisition is subject to the Buy American and Balance of Payments Program, as implemented by DFARS 252.225-7000, Buy American--Balance of Payments Program Certificate, and DFARS 252.225-7001, Buy American and Balance of Payments Program.
