This is a Request for Quotations (RFQ) for the procurement of Japanese standard residential appliances to support the Naval Air Facility (NAF) Atsugi Single Sailor Program Housing. The Government intends to award a single, firm-fixed-price purchase order for 35 Refrigerators (350-365L), 20 Electric Washers (5kg), 20 Electric Dryers (5kg), 20 compatible Dryer Stands, 50 Microwave Ovens (16-20L), and 40 Dehumidifiers (min. 5.0L/day). All items 100V, 50/60Hz power. Award will be made on a best-value trade-off basis considering technical capability, past performance, and price. This is a competitive action restricted to sources duly authorized to operate and do business in JAPAN, in accordance with DFARS 252.225-7042, Authorization to Perform. Furthermore, this acquisition is subject to the Buy American and Balance of Payments Program, as implemented by DFARS 252.225-7000, Buy American--Balance of Payments Program Certificate, and DFARS 252.225-7001, Buy American and Balance of Payments Program. In accordance with this policy, the Government will evaluate quotations by giving a preference to domestic and qualifying country end products. Thursday, 25 June 2026. A complete quotation must consist of the following:
A signed and completed SF 1449 (Solicitation No. N6264926QJ015), including acknowledgement of all amendments, to include:
-Page 1 - Blocks 17a, 30a, 30b, and 30c on Page 1 filled out completely.
-Pages 3-6 - Unit and total pricing for all line items (CLINs 0001, 0002, 0003, 0004, 0005, and 0006).
