Description:
The Defense Logistics Agency Troop Support has a requirement for the supply of Japanese Encephalitis Virus Vaccine, Purified, Inactivated, Single-Dose Prefilled Syringe (JEV). JEV shall be made in accordance with MPID Number 5 dated 23 July 2024, which is attached to this notice.
The Solicitation will be issued under authority 10 U.S.C. § 3204(a)(1), implemented by FAR 6.302-1 (“Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements”).
The Government intends to use Part 12 for this acquisition – per FAR 10.002(d)(2).
The proposed contract will be a firm-fixed price, indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity type contract. The contract will consist of an eighteen (18) month base term. The minimum quantity is 277,760 each (EA). The estimated quantity is 277,760 each. The maximum quantity is 394,240 each.
