Solicitation SPE2DP-26-R-0001 is a sole source, firm-fixed price, indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity contract issued by the Defense Logistics Agency for the procurement of Japanese Encephalitis Virus Vaccine, Purified, Inactivated, in single-dose prefilled syringes. The contract has an eighteen month base term with estimated quantities ranging from a minimum of 277,760 to a maximum of 394,240 units. All products must be FDA approved, serialized according to the Drug Supply Chain Security Act, and manufactured in accordance with Medical Procurement Item Description Number 5. Deliveries are designated as FOB Destination to DLA Distribution Susquehanna in New Cumberland, Pennsylvania, and must be completed within 120 days after the date of order. The successful offeror must demonstrate FDA approval or provide a manufacturer commitment letter ensuring supply availability and fixed pricing for the life of the contract. Strict adherence to Medical Marking Standard No. 1D is required, specifically regarding cold chain storage between 2 and 8 degrees Celsius and detailed waterproof marking for exterior containers. Contract administration, including payment requests and receiving reports, will be managed through the Wide Area Workflow system.
