The Naval Air Systems Command intends to issue a sole-source order under Basic Ordering Agreement N00019-07-G-0008 to the Bell-Boeing Joint Project Office for the MV-22 tiltrotor aircraft. This action falls under a broader five-year Basic Ordering Agreement authorized for non-competitive procurement of systems engineering, software development, and fleet support with an estimated total value of 658 million dollars.
