JBLE Dry Cleaning and Alteration Services - Market Research Only

The United States Air Force Honor Guard at Joint Base Langley-Eustis (JBLE), Virginia, is seeking qualified local vendors to provide commercial alteration, dry cleaning, and uniform modification services in accordance with AFI 36-2903 standards. These services are required to support the Honor Guard’s ceremonial, burial, and other official duties. The contract will encompass all necessary management, tools, supplies, equipment, labor, and hardware to ensure timely alterations and dry cleaning of uniforms used by the 633 JBLE Base Honor Guard. Vendors must be located within the local area of JBLE or Naval Air Station Norfolk and be capable of completing services on the same day to ensure uniformed personnel can promptly resume their missions. This effort is currently a market research activity to identify at least one capable small business vendor for establishing a blanket purchase agreement under the SBA total small business set-aside designation.
