JBLM Catholic Priest Services

The contractor is responsible for providing a fully qualified ordained Catholic Priest, along with all necessary personnel, equipment, supplies, transportation, and non-personal services required to deliver comprehensive Catholic religious services at Joint Base Lewis-McChord in Washington. The Priest must be officially endorsed by the Archdiocese for the Military Services, USA, with faculties granted by the AMS Archbishop and must operate in full alignment with the Roman Catholic Church’s guidelines, the AMS Priests’ Manual, Army Regulation 165-1, Army Pamphlet 165-18, and local installation chaplain policies. The Priest will conduct regular and special Masses, administer sacraments including confession, and provide spiritual care to the Catholic military community at designated times and locations, all while serving as the sole authoritative Catholic subject matter expert on base when no other priest is present. Although holding no military command authority, the Priest is the designated representative of the AMS for all matters pertaining to Catholic religious practice and instruction, and must maintain strict conformity with the AMS’s official listings. The contract is a small business set-aside under NAICS code 813110, issued by the Department of Defense through the Office of W6QM Micc-Jb Lewis-Mc Chord, with a solicitation number of W911S826QA021 and a response deadline of August 13, 2026. Proposals must be submitted in response to the solicitation posted on July 9, 2026, and performance will occur exclusively at Joint Base Lewis-McChord, WA.
