JM26 NSWC BLDG 40 SKYLIGHTS AND WINDOW REPAIR 60157448 This project is to furnish all design, material, labor, transportation, tools, equipment and supervision to repair or replace the flashing on the skylights on building 40 to stop existing leaks occurring. The glass block windows will need to be re-mortared and the full windows surrounding the building will need to be re-caulked to prevent current and future leaking. Any broken blocks or panes will need to be replaced with “like-in-kind”. Building 40 is an historical building and SHPO consultation and coordination will be required.
