The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after the closing date. In the event the Government cancels this solicitation, the Government has no obligation to reimburse an offeror for any costs.

The Government requests quotes remain firm through September 30, 2026. If market volatility prevents this, clearly state the maximum length of time quote pricing can be held.

Pest Management Tractor and Sprayer

ProGator 2030A (Diesel) and HD300 SelectSpray (For ProGators 2020A and 2030A) Brand Name or Equal

• all components must be brand new

These can be categorized as follows: 

1. Engine:

• Engine Type: Three-cylinder, liquid-cooled diesel engine.
• Displacement: 77.3 cu in.
• Horsepower: 23.9 hp (25.4 kW) at 3600 rpm.
• Fuel System: Electronic Fuel Injection (EFI). EFI provides efficient fuel delivery, responsive acceleration, excellent fuel economy, and quick starting even in cold weather.
• Engine Controller: Located under the cargo box and inside the right rear corner of the frame, the engine controller regulates engine speed based on the electronic throttle pedal input.
• Fuel Tank: Large 30.7 L (8.1 US gal) EPA- and CARB-compliant fuel tank. 

2. Drivetrain:

• Transmission: Kanzaki five-speed synchro-mesh with five forward gears and one reverse gear.
• Drive System: 2WD is standard, with a manual engage on-demand 4WD option available.
• Brakes: Four-wheel hydraulic drum brakes.
• Axles: Rear axles (LH and RH). 

3. Electrical System:

• Alternator: 55 amp, regulated.
• Battery: 12V, 500 CCA.
• Ignition: Transistor Controlled Ignition with electric start.
• Lighting: Halogen headlights.
• Instrumentation: Hour meter, tachometer, digital speedometer, Power Take-Off (PTO) light, engine coolant temperature gauge, voltage indicator light, 4WD indicator light, oil pressure light, and horn. 

4. Frame, Suspension, and Operator Station:

• Frame: The vehicle is built on a robust frame.
• Suspension: Dual leaf springs and shock absorbers on both the front and rear.
• Operator Station: Includes two professional high-back, tilt-forward seats, seat belts, a glove box, and cup holders.
• ROPS: Two-post Roll-Over Protection Structure (ROPS) is standard, with a four-post conversion kit available. 

5. Other Notable Components:

• Air Cleaner: Replaceable dual dry-type element air cleaner with remote intake.
• Enclosed Cab: Heater/AC
• Cargo Box: Optional accessory.
• Steering: Hydraulic power steering.
• Attachments: The vehicle can accommodate various attachments, such as auxiliary hydraulics, cargo boxes, and different tire options. 

Pesticide/Herbicide Attached Sprayer

Designed for specific compatible use with purchased Utility Vehicle listed above required to be composed of several key components that work together to provide efficient and versatile spraying capabilities. 

Here's a breakdown of its generic components:

1. Tank:
   • Impact-resistant polyethylene tank with a 1136 L (300 U.S. gal.) capacity, featuring a low center of gravity and visibility. It includes jet agitation, a quick-fill feature with anti-siphon protection, a sloped sump for draining, a vent line with a check valve, and a removable basket strainer.
2. Pump:
   • Offers a choice between diaphragm or centrifugal pumps.
   • Diaphragm Pump: Suitable for turf paint and higher pressures (up to 20 bar / 290 psi), handling thicker fluids and capable of running dry. Requires a pressure relief valve.
   • Centrifugal Pump: Provides higher flow rates (up to 397 L/min / 105 gpm) at lower pressures (around 6.6 bar / 95 psi). Available in cast iron or stainless steel. Includes an automatic air bleed line.
3. Booms:
   • Heavy-duty construction with adjustable width and height. Available in 18 ft (5.5 m) or 15/21 ft (4.6/6.4 m) widths. Features a bidirectional breakaway and triple-nozzle bodies on 20-inch (50.8 cm) spacing. Includes a standard electro-hydraulic lift system.
4. Control Systems:
   • Options for Manual or Automatic Rate Control.
   • Manual Rate Controller: Pressure-based system with a weather-resistant box and liquid pressure gauge, controlling boom functions and pressure.
   • Automatic Rate Controller: Adjusts application rate based on speed, with a digital display for various parameters and a nozzle display.
   • A common wiring harness allows switching between controllers. Electrical components are housed in a convenient box.
5. Other Standard Features:
   • Includes an electric pressure/flow regulator, a self-cleaning 100-mesh filter, electric boom shutoff valves, and adjustable throttling valves. A personal wash system is standard. A foam marker is optional.
6. Easy Removal and Installation:
   • The sprayer can be easily detached by removing pins, electrical connectors, and hydraulic lines. Optional storage stands are available. 

Important Notes:

• The automatic rate controller uses the purchased utility vehicle speed sensor, flow meter, and a digital pressure sensor for accuracy.
