Sealed bids for Bid Request No. 2025-034 for the Johnson County New Century AirCenter (NCAC) Admin Building ADA Ramp Project shall be submitted electrically via IonWave at https://jocogov.ionwave.net until the close date reflected above. At that time, all bids that have been duly received will be publicly read aloud via Zoom Video Conferencing at: https://us02web.zoom.us/j/84048309547?pwd=u3WQGE15heq92OrhEWsktLwc18BzWn.1 Meeting ID:840 4830 9547 Passcode: 005859 This bid includes the following Work: Remove, dispose, and replace existing concrete and installation of an ADA ramp at the Johnson County New Century AirCenter Administration Building, including all materials, labor, equipment, supervision, and any and all other items necessary to complete the Work. Copies of the Project Manual and Drawings are available through IonWave at https://jocogov.ionwave.net/SourcingEvents.aspx?SourceType=1 or can be downloaded for a non-refundable fee online at https://www.drexeltech.com in their eDistribution public jobs plan room; additional assistance is available at contact@example.gov. A Non-Mandatory Pre-Bid Conference and Site Visit will be held at 10:00AM CT on August 7, 2025, at the New Century AirCenter located at 1 New Century Parkway, New Century, Kansas 66030. Please assemble outside of the north entrance. Technical questions and requests for clarification shall be submitted via IonWave no later than 5:00PM CT on August 14, 2025, to allow adequate time to issue an addendum, if needed. Bidders shall submit the following with their bid:
Bid Bond: Bidders shall submit with their bid a bid bond issued by a surety company licensed to do business in the State of Kansas in the amount of five percent (5.0%) of the total amount of their bid. Said guarantee shall be made payable to the Board of County Commissioners of Johnson County, Kansas.
No bid may be withdrawn within a period of sixty (60) days from the date of the bid opening.
