Sealed bids for Bid Request No. 2026-037 for the Johnson County Various Adult Residential Center (ARC) Campus ADA Modifications Project shall be submitted electrically via IonWave at https://jocogov.ionwave.net until the close date reflected above. At that time, all bids that have been duly received will be publicly read aloud via Zoom Video Conferencing at: https://us02web.zoom.us/j/86055481932?pwd=lbHsSEm1HLMM2pPJ7D8KD40C08cdir.1 Meeting ID:860 5548 1932 Passcode:121737 This bid includes the following Work: Remodel and reconfigure two (2) existing restrooms for ADA compliance, as well as additional miscellaneous site and building improvements necessary to bring the facilities into ADA compliance at the Johnson County Adult Residential Center (ARC) Campus, including the provision of all materials, labor, equipment, supervision, and any and all other items necessary to complete the Work. Copies of the Drawings and Project Manual are available through IonWave at https://jocogov.ionwave.net/SourcingEvents.aspx?SourceType=1 or can be downloaded for a non-refundable fee online at https://projectbids.drexeltech.com in their eDistribution public jobs plan room; additional assistance is available at [email protected] . A Mandatory Pre-Bid Conference and Site Visit will be held at 10:00AM CT on October 1, 2026, at the Johnson County Adult Residential Center Building #1 located at 103 Roeland Park Drive, New Century, Kansas 66031. Please gather in the parking lot to the north of the building. Representation is required by General/Prime Contractors to be eligible to submit a bid. Technical questions and requests for clarification shall be submitted via IonWave no later than 5:00PM CT on October 8, 2026 , to allow adequate time to issue an addendum, if needed. Bidders shall submit the following with their bid: Bid Bond: Bidders shall submit with their bid a bid bond issued by a surety company licensed to do business in the State of Kansas in the amount of five percent (5.0%) of the total amount of their bid. Said guarantee shall be made payable to the Board of County Commissioners of Johnson County, Kansas. No bid may be withdrawn within a period of sixty (60) days from the date of the bid opening.
